[SOC] What should radio amateurs do ?

Some "ham aliens" need to find a washing machine-have you ever stood near 
them at Dayton in the big lines? You lose interest in that new fangled 
"gizmo" real fast.
They get a special SOC number  "fragrant 1029" etc..........
