As most contact with non-human beings take place
on the 75 meter phone band (go listen), I would
recommend refraining from going there...

If I find out that I've been in communications with a non-human
life form via ham radio . . . what should I do ?

The ARRL clearly has not given any guidelines for us to handle
such situations.
