[SOC] Tooo Many Contest

There are way too many MAJOR contest that take
up the bands during the year.

ARRL DX CW  and  ARRL DX SSB
CQWW CW  and  CQWW SSB
CQWW WPX CW and CQWW WPX SSB
ARRL Field Day

That's 7 weekends out of 52 that are shot
by these contesters who disregard our
government given rights to the frequencies.

Something should be done. Non-contest
bands. Hmmm,  we could call them WARC.
