[SOC] Strange phenomenon occurring ....

Basically, a radar direction finding receiverand antenna array.
In this case, a SAM radar site finder.  Besides telling where they
were at, we could tell when found and locked on you.  The X-band
could alert you to one trying to crawl up your pipes.
