[SOC] SOC web site hacked!

Well given the origins of SOC versus FOC about a million moons ago, 
perhaps in one context I'm unsurprised.

Who, how or what dun it, I dunno!

I have BCC'ed the "Unknown Secretary" because I'm damned if I can 
remember the passwords or who else apart from Bob Patten [I assume Bob's 
received this] has passwords.

All very SOC of me as #171. Clearly a member in good standing.
