[SOC] Fwd: Wayne Green SK

He was a character, and certainly never said no to any opportunity or a 
challenge.  I definite plus for Ham Radio.  I'm not sure, but he may 
have also been a pioneer with one of the NY City TV stations (WPIX, or 
WOR, perhaps)

Being W2NSD he would often be heard saying "Never Say Die"...as a matter 
of fact I think that was the heading of his 73 Magazine editorial rants.
