[SOC] Fwd: SOC events and parties

Doncha know that scheduling a QSO Party and then cancelling it due to non participation is VERY SOC.  But only if it is done without the intention of cancel anyway.
Key Clicks are SOC, too.
SOC should plan a hamfest like the Visalia one, only limit attendance to SOC Members and their personal guests.  Then, we could cancel it when no one registered for it.
