[SOC] Nomination for new member.

I got one of those too and posted about it on my Facebook page.  The
response was hilarious.  

I think that's all being done in the name of 'transparency'.  

Please don't make ANY gov't agency a member of SOC... I'm certainly not
worthy of that level of imcompetence.
