[SOC] Nomination for new member.

I got a letter today from the US department of commerce, concerning the census.
It was a letter telling me that in about a week, they are going to send me a letter. 
I am just wondering if ill get another letter in 2 weeks to tell me that they sent me mail a week ago?
Please sign up the US DOC for SOC membership because that is as SOC as it gets.\
