Let's all get together and start an organization of people who constantly demonstrate their ability to perform sub standard and off center. And do those things well..
There will be
 NO rules and No laws. Except some form of civility. We could call it  Second Class Operators? Huh? What? Oh .. yeah.. that is what this is. And I thought
I had an original Idea. Oh well  Guess I'm SOC after all..
