[SOC] Re cw-ops

Just to put myself in a real "SOC"-light I need to tell you fellow 
SOC'ers what happened to me.

I did for many years have problems with the delivery of CQ magazine and 
as it turned so did at least another 5 of the then 13 subscribers here 
in the country of smiles.

My constant complaints that my issues were always some 2 months behind 
schedule, despite paying 75 USD more for air delivery for a 3 year 
subscription, than the US sub price, did fall on deaf ears. I finally 
got an e-mail from K2MGA, the editor, canceling  my subscription as "he 
could not please me".

I doubt that anybody can come up with anything more SOC than this. 
Needless to say the remaining subscription fee was NOT reimbursed. 5 of 
the other subscribers either did not renew or canceled.

Guess they are qualified as SOC'ers, including K2MGA, however I would 
veto him, but not the rest of my HS-friends.
