H.  Removal.  A member may be removed from the Club by vote of the Board if it is 	 	  found that the member has 
1.   seriously violated the laws of his country or radio licensing authorities;
>>        2.   consistently behaved unethically in relation to his Amateur Radio activities;
>>3.  repeatedly behaved offensively toward other members, including but
>not limited to racial, ethnic or national prejudice; or
>>        4.   deliberately and persistently violated any provision of the Club's Articles of 			Incorporation or Bylaws.

>Also:A member shall be deemed no longer a member in the event dues are not
>paid within 30 days

>of the due date, which shall be January 15 of each
>calendar year.
