[SOC] ok: off topic and not SOC either

I wouldn't worry too much about what George three et al did to the 
Americans - the poms did the same to us Ozzies but we're too laid back 
to take any bloody notice!  That's the reason why the US is a republic 
and we're not - yet.  Watch this space......
