[SOC] ok: off topic and not SOC either

It is a fine document. Any time I wish to appear quite radical politically I will quote from it. People will get offended and then confused and embarrassed when I tell them what I just said was from the Declaration of Independence. So few Americans have read either it or the Constitution. Both are quite well written and understandable by anyone. Neither require great literacy to understand since the words are so very powerful and forthright. To ease their embarrassment I tell them it is easy to find a copy which they can read aloud to their own families or students.
