[SOC] New Certificate Designed, Sent

Thankks Erv, the design looks too good. I've got a very old frame though
with nicotine and smoke covered broken glass. That should make it look
better and it should fit between the two shelves, at the right hand end
where they're wider apart.
Thanks again.

The good news is that this batch is the FIRST batch of the new design! We have updated the logo with an iambic, which was refurbed by Gregg Mulder (WB8LZG-newly minted SOC #933), and sports custom made paddles (also handcrafted by Gregg). He has done work for several Hams, both locally and abroad, and is doing some work for Vibroplex, too! I just sent my Vibroplex iambic to him for refurbishing and new paddles and can't wait to see the finished product. Photos to follow! Take a look at his website http://www.egr.msu.edu/~mulderg/

They will be printed on Christmas afternoon, or evening and sent out right afterwards. I hate to say it, but I have already received some compliments on the look of the new Certificates. Might have to go back to printing them on paper bags so I don't jeopardize my SOC status. Oh and if you want to see what they look like, a sample is posted on the SOC website.
