Anyone know anything about this new startup QSL buro? How well does it work? Is it a valid path for USA to Europe QSL's? Is it really needed? Exactly who is EURAO?

Free 'QSL Gateway' from USA to Europe

As a real alternative 'Outgoing QSL Service' for American hams, and closing up European ones to the distance of a national first class stamp, EURAO (European Radio Amateurs' Organization) has just established in United States an entry point to its QSL Bureaus Network, assuming the shipping cost between the two continents for the QSLs to its members.
This "only-one-way-service" is complementary to the other one provided by the existing 11 DX Incoming QSL Bureaus in this country, where European associations usually send their QSLs. This was the only solution found to the problem of QSLs not delivered to its addressees but destroyed because they are not members of the IARU Bureau in their own countries (60% in Europe).

This "wormhole" is part of a more global project called EuroBureauQSL that is already underway in 10 countries: Andorra, Argentina, Belgium, Chile, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay and USA.

So, all OMs and YLs that received (or are going to receive soon) one or more QSLs from EuroBureauQSL, now have the opportunity to reply these QSLs sending theirs to this address in USA:
