One of the key features of the Constitution is that is mostly defines what
the government cannot do in terms of limiting individual freedom and
liberty. It seems that many today have not comprehended what it actually
says well at all.

Here he goes again!
Nigel deserves the SOC's highest honor for making a perfect ass of
himself. Any PhD proctologist would be proud.
A ten second search with Google would show the errors of his ways. At
least the Supreme Court of the United States has said his opinion is
wrong on many occasions.
However, the time it would take to list the errors of Nigel's ways would
take a lot more than ten seconds.
