Actually you have a right in Arizona to carry a firearm without any
permission from any government entity as per the constitution of your state.

Also the same here In New Mexico too. (It's called 'open-carry' and is
actually common, as I see people doing it everyday.)

Now which SOC member is gonna "pull a SOC" and spout off about how New
Mexico is not one of the "United States" ?
