I COULD refute that which you spout, including that the UK (for instance)
has no crime problem, (or that it is less now that they got "rid" of their
guns, and so forth,) but these are your myths and they merely validate what
I originally said; You are full of it and need to have along talk with
yourself about the nature of some (the criminals) amongst the human race.
i.e. The lack of crime is a myth, that criminals behave differently
depending on where they are, or that there is ANY way to prevent it by
ignoring that it takes place.

Anyways I am enjoying your confusion about people and the way they behave,
so perhaps you should continue your rant about things for my amusement !!
