It is true!  There is no membership button.
A slight oversight...
Maybe membership is closed (al la FOC).

Suggestion:
Send eMail to the SOC Chaplain 
WB6MFS   FrConrad at aol.com 
and get your SOC TS Card punched.

OH NO: Where do we get SOC TS cards?
