Good evening, my Membership-challenged fellow SOC'ers.  If you go to http://www.qsl.net/soc/ you will find a GOLDEN colored word, called Membership below the SOC Logos.  Click that, which is an email link to our Great Unknown Secretary and request membership to the prestigious SOC.  Once that is accomplished, you can go to the Certificates page and order your SOC Certificate, by following the simple directions there.  Please....PLEASE include your Name (as you wish to have it appear on the Certificate), you Callsign AND YOUR SOC NUMBER.  Those not including the aforementioned SOC number will be teased and flogged with a wet gobanya (don't ask!).

I sure hope Peter didn't give up hope....and maybe I ought to publish these guidelines every so often.  I realize we are all SOC material.....so it's probably a good idea!  Merry Christmas.
