I remember getting cans of Black Label. The cans had a map of the world on the back. i would say I am here and want to be there. I will always buy Black Label if I can because it made the time go by and in a good way. The other beer was Falstaff and we don't get it here in Michigan. For what it is worth. Rich K8UV

In the USAF in the early 60's, we used to be able to get a 'quart' of
Raleigh Beer at the Airman's club for 15 cents. We would drink it
outta the bottle with a straw and after two of those 'quarts' all was
right with the world. Except we were still in the Air Force, in the
middle of Kansas in the middle of winter/summer...

My personal choice was Greisidieck Brothers Beer outta St.Louis...
Blatz, Rainier, Falstaff, Stagg

Hey guys, this is SOC. This discussion has frothed about elite
brews. It would be far more appropriate to diss and cuss second class
beers. With that, I offer the Schaefer Beer of upstate NY whose motto
was "The one beer to have when you're having more than one." In all
fairness, everything after the second one wasn't too bad.
