[SOC] Announcement: New SOC Award - DXBB

New SOC award DXBB.

Accumulate 100 beer containers (must be purchased full), tasted and perhaps
enjoyed and hopefully finished, from 100 countries.
6PackDXBB will be introduced if there is interest shown.

Submissions - a photograph of the empty beer containers and a list of their
names and countries plus $20 (for BBQ) to SOC secretary.

No diploma or plaque is awarded but you get to say you have DXBB and the SOC
Secretary gets nice money for excellent eating.
