RCA vice president Dave Kintzer, W2FC told a story at a FOC meeting
about how one day he was near the UN building in NYC and couldn't find
a parking space. The only spaces available wre marked "RESERVED FOR
COUNSEL AND FC PLATES ONLY". So he saw his plate, W2FC, and thought
FC, that's me. So he parked there all afternoon and didn't get a
ticket.
