[SOC] Change of call for AG4NY #203

Now you tell me!  Might have to see if that is available!  ;-)  The only
problem is that some of the pro sports teams here might want it.........Like
your idea though.
One lawyer thought that my old car license plate with AG4NY was Attorney
General for NY.
