This is legal ... not terribly competent [how hard is "1"?] ... but then
that's the essence of SOC. It does help if you actually worked him and
wasn't just SWL'ing [i.e. your call is in his log].

Yes you can. Again, it *helps* if you got into his log, regardless of
how, when, or where you copied his exchange. You can also hope that he
won't submit his log and then it's just your log that matters.

Happens all the time -- 7QP and NEQP overlapped last year.
