[SOC] Information on Ordering Your SOC Certificate

Good morning all:

Well, thank you for the smiles.  I read many emails upon returning from 
work tonight and some are even asking for Certificates directly from 
me.....so here is the scoop:

Visit http://www.qsl.net/soc and click on the Certificates link.  
Follow the directions and do not forget to send the SASE, please.  I am 
trying to keep the cost of these down, attempting NOT to follow the 
FPQRP group and charging more for them.  It's easy, really.......do not 
forget your SOC number.  If you don't have one, contact our Unknown 
Secretary and he will issue one to you.  I cannot do this, as he 
maintains ultimate control over the flow of SOC numbers.  Further, he 
must look all prospective members over carefully, judging whether 
he/she is at, or below Second Class level.  It's an arduous task, but 
he does it well.
