Okay - so I'm not #603. So? What do you want me to do about it? I already
spoke it to the four (or more) directions. And 2 have already refused to
give it back. What does one do in this situation? (We're Second Class -
don't try to tell me this hasn't happened before.)
Do I offer Walter, K0TWO, money for #603? (I should be coming into quite a
bit, Walter. As soon as I hear back from Natute Kimbobwe, son of the former
Nigerian Defense Minister, who has decided to trust me and use my account to
hide 30 Million dollars American, I'll be flush. This is a matter of the
strictest confidence so I'd appreciate your only telling people who might
like me better if they thought I had scratch.)
"Of course, we could get the money. But it would be wrong." Nixon said it in
1973 and if anybody had a working relationship with "wrong" it was Dick.
No! I will not go gently into that good night. I'll stand here proudly,
facing each direction and rage "SOC# 630 thru 642", "SOC# 630 thru 642",
"SOC# 630 thru 642", "SOC# 630 thru 642".
630 was assigned and the additional 12 are a pretty fair margin for error.
There's gotta' be a pony somewhere in there I can bet on. Besides, I'll grow
a beard. I know East didn't get a really good look at me, first time around.
And North was busy convincing Fawn Hall that shredded documents were all the
rage on the DC disco scene. (Can I hear you all say "Par - tayy"?)

Walter and I might both have a little explaining to do.)
