What I do every year is go to eBay and buy a 'New' Systemworks for $10. 
Much less than their
upgrades (which only cover the Virus part). There are many suppliers who 
sell NEW in the box
for $10. I've never paid more and have been doing that since 2000.  
Symantec is kinda like
calling SOC headquarters. 26 levels of menus with the 13th being, "For 
English Press 1", ect.
