I expect that there are more folks in the US who appreciate Brit beer
than the other way around, although I recall seeing Budweiser ads in
London when I was there earlier this year. Many of the microbrews are
in the style of the British product, however. I have a friend who owns
a Seattle brewery and spent quite a bit of time in the UK learning his
craft (BTW, he serves Imperial pints).
