My browser, Opera, has the option to turn all those backgrounds off with a
simple click. Many is the time I have had to resort to that button simply
to read what the person wanted to say without looking at their yucky
graphics. I haven't used IE in about five years so I am unfamiliar with
its use. Just try Opera for a while and you'll find a whole new
experience in Web browsing. It is much, much faster too. While doing a
web search I simply use Google and open all of the first ten sites or so
in a different panel. While I am searching they are loading in the
background. Since Opera only has one program open for all of my fifty
windows or so it runs very much faster and in a smaller amount of memory.
Those silly backgrounds go away with a simple click.
