One could always point them to the neighborhood used car dealership, or
to the legislator's office of your choice.

Subject: [SOC] Nigerians

For some time now I have been replying to the Nigerian scammers,
giving them a telephone number to call for "further discussions".
I was using the local WWV time service for a while, then changed
to the local Secret Service office (the number for reporting scams,
thus cutting the middle man).

Nearly all of them call the number, in fact they call the WWV one
several times usually - of course, they may be using someone else's
account for their telephone bill but perhaps not.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for numbers for them to call?
Extra points for originality and relevance -
