Ah, the old "blue ice" trick.  It happens when the toilet servicer forgets
to replace the "doughnut" (plug) in the dump line and the water seeps past
the dump valve and the cap.  The airline I worked for dropped a nose wheel
on a house in Colorado Springs.  It went through the roof, two floors and
into the basement.  All things considered I'd prefer the ice.
