Nice one.
Since we don't have a constitution (let alone a Bill of Rights), as a Brit
I'm hardly in a position to judge.
By and large though, it's all complete and utter common sense (not very
common according to Heinlein).
Two issues:
1) I'm not keen on the idea of frying/poisoning/hanging/shooting/gassing
people 'cos the process is too error prone.
(This issue nearly broke the list a while back and I will make *no* further
comment).
2) Are you sure you speak English?
