A Californian and an Oregonian were walking along the beach when they
found an old lamp washed ashore. The Oregonian polishes it and a Genie
appears. The giant Genie offers the Oregonian two wishes but being polite
he gives the first wish to the Californian. The Californian thinks about
his state and asks the Genie to build a mile high wall completely around
the state to keep out all those folks who wish to move there and make it
over populated. Whoosh ... the wall appears in the twinkling of an eye.
The Californian is pleased. Now he can keep his state pristine. The
Genie says to the Oregonian, "You have one wish remaining. What do you
wish?" The Oregonian ponders for a few moments. "Fill those walls with
water!"
