Hmmm.
SIR Rudolph Giuliani, if you please!
(Big Liz gave him a well-deserved honorary knighthood, the highest
honour that the UK can bestow on a non-UK national - he now has the
right to drive sheep to market across Westminster Bridge in the
rush-hour whenever he pleases).

I suppose Ronnie and Maggie were cast from the same mould...you may hate
the message, but it was delivered with considerable force.

I think they should have swopped offices, because both were more popular
overseas than in their own countries.

Being 'The Voice of Treason', I prefer the alternative explanation:
"Those whom God would seek to destroy - first he renders insane"

Not strictly true in Ronnie's case, but to British eyes - Maggie
definitely had some major screws loose.
