We just beat the Frogs! (Sorry Claude).

Just back from Champagne breakfast at Bash's (local chum). Half the village
was there cheering England to victory.

I helped cook a massive fry-up for the crew: bacon, eggs, sausages,
mushrooms, black pudding and more. Good job there was a telly in the
kitchen.

The local pub is opening early next week for the final against Oz. I've been
volunteered to do breakfast again using the pub's kitchen. I have agreed
subject to two conditions:

1) There's a telly in the kitchen and

2) I will not be required to see to the filling of my own glass.

Both conditions have been accepted.

I think I'd better go and have a little nap now..
