Just before Xmas the cops here picked up a woman careering along the freeway
[literally] with a cask of wine beside her. She was on her way to see her kids
for Xmas. Her ex-husband had custody, wonder why?

Cops had to seize the car keys from her.

John, some of them are outright feral but not representative of the majority.
