True expense for false breasts

STOCKHOLM (AP) - Would the Swedish administration be it fussy ? It
comes indeed to lay the blame on a stripper that sought to obtain the
deflation of her taxes thanks to the inflation of her chest. In clear,
the Swedish Tax Administration refuses to consider mammary implants as
professional expense for this 25 years old striptease artist.

After a judicial battle of three years, the womanly youth whose
identity has not been divulged has learnt Tuesday from the court of
appeal of Stockholm that she had not the right to deduce from her
income the 26000 crowns (3000 euros/US$) that she has had to disburse
to pay her new shapes.

The young woman asserted that "the size and the shape" of her chest
were ... a crucial capital for her activity. She has therefore
registered the disbursed sum in the deductible professional expenses column.

In first instance, the court has estimated that the surgical operation
was not a gesture of commercial character but an intervention made on
a private level. The court of appeal has confirmed this judgement.

Indian Treasures ...

NEW DELHI (AP) - Truckdrivers of India rub one's hands. For the first
time in this prudish country where swimsuits are very rarely
mentionned, a brewer issues the first pin-ups calendar in this country.

But only 5.000 copies of this calendar will be printed by Kingfisher
and addressed to a list of hand-picked personalities.

It is the star of "Bollywood", Shah Rukh Khan - who one has never seen
kiss a girl on the lips in all his films - that has launched the
calendar in Bombay, declaring timidly that he was not "probably the
best person for launching this calendar".

The calendar presents Indian model charms supporting swimsuits drawn
by Indian designer Rohit Ball, Tarun Tahiliani, Hemant Trivedi and
Ashish Soni.

Snag of this calendar: while India accounts thousands of kilometers of
sea coasts, photographs have been taken on Mauritius Island by the
photographer of Indian mode Atul Kaskebar.

The breakaway ...

OSLO (AP) -A Norwegian woman, accused of robbery and that has
succeeded to escape by precipitating her... wheelchair in the
glazed door of a grocery, has finally given oneself up.
The woman, whose identity has not been given, also brings upon herself
aggression and damage indictments caused to a private property,
reported Thursday the daily newspaper "VG".

The woman, that uses a motorized wheelchair, is accused to have stolen
several food cans in a grocery of Sandes, 300km southwest of the
capital, Oslo. While she tempted to leave the shop, a guardian has
asked her to stop, but she has turned around him before passing
through a glazed door. The guardian has ran after her but had never
been able to capture her.

Besides the above mentionned indictments, the wheelchair woman will
also have to explain the presence of a clandestine distillery and 31
liters of adulterated alcohol found during of a search made in her
house.
