remember who bcoz the things written in USA but readable in Australia have 
offensed someone there Down Under ?

So, by French laws, no pay cut allowed except if you can prove, during the 
trial, that I have broken your business in some way and the pay cut will be a 
way to reimburse you.
And doing so, you will admit that you are doing some business with the SOC 
group.
