Note that the Ninth Circuit court is very liberal and has the national record for losing 
on appeals, and I hope and pray they do on this one too.  

Note also that America was founded on a liberal basis; "freedom from tyranny and 
the pursuit of happiness."  This is liberal as understood in the rest of the world, but 
here this is considered conservative.  Liberals in America have another agenda.
