Hi Jan, Yes we are mending quite well, although Juli will still be on
crutches for
a while. I will ride again, but will never again put her on the back
seat! I've been riding since I was about 13 (50 years!) and this was by
far the most serious accident I've had.
Ended the FQP with something like 935 QSO's and 88 Mults. I was running
1500W with a FT-1000MP and AL-1500 amp (Ameritron). Logged with NA.
Saturday was miserable, with rain static and power line noise all day.
Sunday was much better, but too late to make up for lost ground...
May also play in the NE Party next weekend. I was born in Providence
and grew up in MA near Cape Cod (Wareham).
