[SOC] I'm going to be rich

Do people still fall for this stuff?.

Mind you, there is a VERY convincing variant of this going around the
Commonwealth at the moment, which is to do with disposessed / evicted expat
farmers from Zimbabwe returning to Britain / Oz and trying to wire the
family stash out of the country electronically before Mugabe's mob get their
hands on it.
It is written in perfect English, and is addressed to you by name from
someone pretending to have the same surname, who just found you on 'people
finder' etc. and wonders if he may in fact be a very distant relative. They
want to put the money into your bank account at the Zimbabwe end, then
(having the same surname) draw it out when they get to the old country.

A good few have fallen for it :-).
It's only a pity I didn't think of it first.
