It is interesting to note, that more people have been killed
in the name of athiesm, than in all the religious wars throughout
history... In my view, more often then not, the problem is not with
the religious tradition, but with those who claim to represent the
tradition... As someone put it... we have seen the enemy, and it is us...

You might want to check into the ancient tradition (too often forgotten)
that originated in the old testament about the care, and respect, that
should be shown to foreigners and strangers...

Here I will make a distinction between the tradition and those
who claim to subscribe to it... The Jeudeo/Christian tradition is
the first and only one where the ultimate invites us to "come...
let us reason together..."
