[SOC] Need CAD schematic symbols

Does anyone have a .dwg, .dxf, .dwb., or .igs file with schematic symbols or 
know where I could find one?  Wanting to draw schematics with VariCAD, but 
would like to know if there is a collection of schematic symbols I can work 
with before I start making my own :^)
