Bonjour,


   The F-CC regards this setup as if you went, I
suppose, to some other op's QTH, and used his rig,
with your call. It's you as the control op, and the
internet is merely the aforementioned "long mic cord."
For DXCC I don't think it's valid unless it's near
your own QTH, or is your QTH (??), but for radio fun,
it's a blast. Some guys cheat, as you mentioned, and
might be moved to use these stations, but hopefully,
not too many. Perhaps I'm naive about this.
