[SOC] SOC ML troubles - An other vote needed

Ian's offer is truly kind, but....

This is a hobby and we are enjoying a free service.  I can't imagine we have
traffic so important that it can't endure some level of disruption.
Besides, another attack or ugly spam or something will  happen regardless of
where sited -- sooner or later.  Why should Ian have to sort that out?   I
vote no change unless it makes life truly easier for those volunteering to
do actual work or provide actual service, namely Claude and Ian.
