Paul,
   One very good source for multi standard TV's in Europe is anyplace around 
a US Military Base.  The only TV's that they sold on base, or use to sell, 
were PAL/NTSC/SECAM switchable from a switch on the back. When I was over at 
RAF Lakenheath in the early '80's, I shipped back 4 small 9" colour (see, I 
spelled it right) portables.  I knew a few _serious_ 6m ops who wanted them 
to check for TV signals from EU/AF/AS.   They also had multi standard VCR's 
as well.
