I see they have farm subsidies over there too.... nothing like paying people 
not to grow stuff!

Or in the case of tobacco, attempt to sue the tobacco companies out of 
business, tell people how bad it is for you, ban smoking it in public in many 
places, all the time paying farmers to GROW tobacco.  Duh!
