My friend Robert, living in Brittany, has received a cheque of 500.000 FF on 
behalf of the government, not to raise pigs this year. This is why I think of 
returning in the program of not-breeding of pigs next year. 
What I would like to know, is which farm is the best one not to raise pigs and 
which is the best race of pigs not to be raised. I would prefer not to raise 
wild boars, but if it is not a good race not to be raised, I would be quite as 
glad not to raise of Landrace or Broad White. 
The hardest work in this program then seems to hold a precise inventory of the 
number of pigs which one did not raise. My friend Robert is very trustful as 
for the future of his business. He raised pigs during more than 20 years, and 
the best than he could gain was abt 200.000 F in 1978; until this year when he 
accepted a cheque of 500.000 F not to raise pigs. If I can receive a cheque of 
500.000 FF not to raise 50 pigs, then, I will receive 1.000.000 FF not to raise 
100 pigs, etc? I propose to start on a small level to go then until not raising 
4000 pigs; what means that I will receive a cheque of 4.000.000 FF and I will 
be able to thus invest in a yacht. 
Now, another thing is that these 4 000 pigs which I will not raise will not eat 
the 100 000 corn buckets which were intended to them. Do I have to then 
understand that you will pay the farmers not to produce corn? All things 
considered, will you give me something not to produce the 100 000 corn buckets 
which will not nourish the 4000 pigs that I will not raise? I wish in addition 
to start as soon as possible, since it seems that this period of the year is 
favourable with the not-breeding of the pigs.
